Secure Packaging
Place the garment in its original luxury packaging, ensuring all designer tags, authenticity cards, and safety seals remain intact.
Handover Shipment
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and schedule a pickup or drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.
Quality Inspection
Once received, our artisans will inspect the garment for quality assurance, after which your exchange or store credit will be processed within 7-10 business days.
